Training and Development
To enhance employee knowledge and skills and unleash their
potential, the company conducts various training activities. Upon joining the company,
new employees must undergo at least 40 hours of training on the company's overview and
development, as well as pre-job professional training at various levels and categories.
Only those who pass the training are allowed to start their positions. The company
encourages employees to pursue off-site education and training during their spare time
(without affecting their current work or assignments). Depending on the circumstances,
support may include full or partial reimbursement of tuition and miscellaneous fees, and
recognition of their education and training qualifications.
