MegaRock Railway Equipment (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., established in 2018, is a national high-tech enterprise. Fast and accurate lock-on imaging algorithm eliminates ambient light interference, can measure bright rails, can measure light bands (bright bands produced by friction between wheels and rails), continuous dynamic measurement while moving, fast and accurate algorithm for scratches and damage, and domestically developed underlying software, system software and 3D sensing.

 

Contour resolution is up to 0.025mm, and contour fusion accuracy can reach 3 pixels; the fastest measurement speed is 400 [contour lines/second]; the damage detection rate is >98%, the rail size detection accuracy is 0.1mm, and the rail direction detection accuracy is less than 1mm/80m long.
