Based on the concept of "improving customer satisfaction", MegaRock Railway Equipment has established high-standard international and domestic quality management systems and health, safety and environmental protection systems (HSSE) in accordance with ISO9001:2008 standards.

The company has established a Quality Control Committee whose responsibilities are as follows:

1. Quality control of the company's technical service projects;

2. Evaluating and verifying technical service project contracts;

3. Reviewing project designs;

4. Conducting process inspections according to project quality monitoring points and proposing experimental plans for difficult issues;

5. Internal review of interim and final results and providing revision suggestions;

6. Formulating quality reward and punishment plans in accordance with the quality reward and punishment regulations;

7. Providing the infrastructure for the company's quality management system;;

8. Promoting continuous improvement of services, products, and processes.
